What is involved in the compliance process?

The inspections process starts with your vehicle being stripped by one of our qualified technicians. An independent inspector will then check the vehicle and sign off all the required paperwork. The vehicle is then carefully re-assembled.

During this process the vehicle is also given an emissions test to make sure it passes current New Zealand emissions regulations.

What happens if my car doesn’t pass first time?

If your vehicle requires extra work to be completed, you will be given 28 days to complete the work (which will be explained to you) and return for a re-check. Alternatively, we can quote you a price for us to do the work.


How long does the compliance process take?

We generally allow 2 working days for vehicle compliance. However, during off peak times we can have your vehicle back to you in as little as 5 hours. Please feel free to contact us regarding this.


What paperwork do I need to bring with me?

Do you offer repair services?

Yes. We repair all makes and models and have over 70 years of combined experience in our workshop.
